This year our annual charity event is on Thursday 10th October 2024 at York Sports Club. We are proudly raising funds for Candlelighters, a remarkable charity who aim to bring light and hope to families facing childhood cancer across Yorkshire. Candlelighters provides emotional, practical, and financial support from diagnosis and for as long as is needed, as well as funding research into childhood cancers.
Join the Evening
Could your team benefit from a fun night out, some informal teambuilding and networking, all while supporting a worthy cause? Then mark your calendars for Thursday 10th October, at York Sports Club for our 27th Annual Fundraiser. All proceeds raised will be donated to Candlelighters. Over the past 27 years, your generosity has helped us raise over £65,000 for local charities!
We invite you to enter a team of 4 for an evening that’s always a hit among local businesses. If you are unable to enter a team, individual entries are welcome at £30 per person (includes food).
Details of the evening are as follows:
- Arrival: 5.30pm for networking and drinks
- Food Served: 6.15pm
- Races Start: 7.00pm (6 rounds, with breakout games halfway through)
- Event Concludes: Approximately 10.00pm, after the raffle and winners’ presentation
- Cost: £120 for a team of 4, including food
- Teams: teams are set in groups of 4 (as each table seats 8).

Tickets are £1.00 each, or you can buy a book of 5 for £5.00. Raffle tickets will also be on sale during the event, with the prize draw taking place at approximately 9:30pm on 10th October. All winners will be notified.
